About Building Trade Supply

What we do

Contractors and maintenance teams send us a part list. We confirm it against the manufacturer's current data, confirm the supply source, price freight, duty and brokerage to the delivery address, and return a written quote. When you approve it, we place the order and manage it to your door.

We do not carry a warehouse of our own stock, and we do not pretend to. Every quote states where the part ships from and how long it takes, so you can plan around real dates.

How we source

We are not an authorized distributor for the brands we quote unless the quote says so. Manufacturer restrictions on markets or resale are stated on the quote rather than worked around. Prices are recalculated from the supplier's current cost at the time of quoting, never from a cached list.

Our catalog grows as supplier agreements are signed. A part that is not listed on the site can still be quoted; the request form is the fastest route.

What we promise on every quote

• Prices in U.S. dollars (USD), for delivery to U.S. addresses.
• Freight, duty, brokerage and tax shown as separate lines.
• Lead time per line from the supplier's availability on the day we quote.
• A validity date. After it, we requote rather than surprise you.
• No payment until you approve in writing, and no supplier order before that.
