Quotes and part enquiries
Use the quote request form. It captures the part numbers, quantities and destination we need, and gives you a reference to track. If you would rather email, send the same details to sales@buildingtradesupply.com.
Useful to include: manufacturer and part number, quantity, delivery city and province or state, the date you need it, and whether you will accept an equivalent.
Existing quotes and orders
Reply to the quote email so the reference stays in the thread, or check progress on Track a quote with your reference and email.
Suppliers and manufacturers
If you distribute or manufacture parts in our categories and offer written reseller terms for the United States, write to sales@buildingtradesupply.com with your program details. We only list products where resale and data rights are confirmed in writing.

Hours and location
Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 Eastern, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Requests received outside those hours are answered the next business day.
