Shipping and delivery

Delivery is priced into the quote, not added at invoice. This page explains what the delivery line covers and how dates are set.

Last updated 7 September 2026

What the quote includes

  • Carrier freight from the supplier to your delivery address.
  • For cross-border shipments, duty and brokerage as their own lines.
  • Sales tax, GST or HST according to the delivery address, shown separately.
  • Packaging and handling. There are no fees outside the quote.

Destinations

We deliver to commercial addresses and jobsites in the United States. Residential delivery, liftgate service, and appointment delivery are available on request and priced on the quote. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Lead times

Each quote line carries its own lead time taken from the supplier's availability on the day we quote. Lead time starts when we receive your written approval, not when the quote is sent. If availability changes between quote and approval, we tell you before ordering.

Expedited shipping can be quoted on request. We will say plainly when a date cannot be met rather than promise it.

Tracking and receiving

Tracking numbers are emailed when the supplier ships. Check quantities and visible damage at delivery and note any shortage or damage on the carrier's document before signing. Report it to us within two business days so we can open a claim with the carrier or supplier.
