Returns and warranty
Because parts are sourced to order, returns follow the supplier's rules. We state them on the quote and handle the return for you.

What can be returned
Unused parts in original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery when the supplier accepts returns for that item. The quote states any line that is non-returnable, such as cut wire and cable, special-order or configured items, and electronic components with broken seals.
How to start a return
- Reply to your quote or order email with the part number, quantity and reason.
- We confirm eligibility and send a return authorization with the ship-to address.
- Ship the part back within 14 days of the authorization. Unauthorized returns cannot be credited.
Restocking and shipping
Where the supplier charges a restocking fee, we pass it through at cost and state it before you ship. Return freight is your cost unless the return is due to our error or a defective part, in which case we cover it.
Defective or wrong parts
Report a wrong or defective part within five business days of delivery. We arrange replacement or credit and cover return shipping. Parts that have been installed, modified or damaged after delivery are handled under warranty rather than as a return.
Manufacturer warranty
Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. We do not add or shorten it. When a warranty claim is needed we file it with the manufacturer or supplier on your behalf and keep you informed of the outcome. Warranty terms and periods are available on request for any part we quote.
